Much of my young adulthood has been marked by a pervasive fear of death and constant anxiety about my physical health. In my self-soothing research, I found the statistic:

The average time to die is 11 am.

The experience begins with the viewer seated in front of a faded sign reading You Will Likely Die at 11AM. The clock continually flashes 10:59 while a timer ticks aloud. The viewer is suspended in the dread of what happens next, awaiting their “death” at 11.
