The work begins as a completed red puzzle. Throughout the exhibition, each visitor is instructed to take one piece from the puzzle, gradually dismantling the work over time.

As the puzzle disperses, it transforms from a unified whole into a network of fragments carried into different lives and spaces. The consistent red piece forms an invisible bond between participants, who become stewards of the work's memory.

The piece explores community participation, impermanence, and the tension between individual and collective experience. In its final state of complete disassembly, the artwork achieves its ultimate form, existing not as an object but as a shared conceptual experience distributed across space and time.
